During the pandemic, the Livermore Shakespeare Festival rebranded, and is now SPARC (Shakespeare and Performance Arts Regional Company).
They also changed venues, to Darcie Kent Vineyards, which precipitated the design and construction of a new stage. I was fortunate to be able to design not only the staging, but two inaugural sets as well. (“The 39 Steps” and “A Comedy of Errors”)
The modular set is designed with an eye towards easy and cost effective change-overs from show to show.
